With Diwali right around the corner, I couldn’t help but wonder what I was going to wear for such a special occasion. I love dressing in bright and bold colors during this time of year, because once the season turns, it’s time for warmer tones and layers. Festival season is the time of year to look our best while spending time with your closest family and friends. Whether you celebrate Navratri, Dussehra, make the rounds to see everyone’s beautiful gollus, or you have a ton of Diwali parties to be seen at, I’ve included outfit inspirations for you to wear to any of these occasions. Today, I’ll be sharing my favorite 2019 looks that will be perfect for a modern, bright and fresh look.

Masaba has to be one of my favorite designers. I truly love the funky fusion twists she adds to each piece. Every item in all her collections is so unique. Whenever I get the chance to, I always opt to wear her outfits. And this Diwali season, especially, I absolutely had to try each of her pieces on to find the perfect one. I hope these inspire you to also look at her collection. Especially her Festive ‘19 collection which can be found at UrbanPanache.com now!

Masaba Green Off Shoulder Lehenga

This gorgeous off shoulder lehenga is a beautiful green with gold print. It’s also paired with a pink choker style dupatta. I’m a huge fan of this because its feminine, chic and I love the way I felt in the top.

Masaba Yellow Anarkali with Gold Print

This anarkali looks so modern and fresh with how its cut! The pop of yellow is obviously perfect for Diwali and festival season. To add a stylish outfit to your collection, definitely pair this with a high heel and a bold, red lip.

Masaba Lehenga with Cape

This lehenga had a more dramatic off shoulder top. I’m really leaning towards this as my Diwali outfit of choice because of the bold blue skirt and the cape (which isn’t photographed, but it’s in the lookbook).

Masaba Hot Pink and Green Dhoti Lehenga

Okay, not going to lie. This dhoti skirt paired with the fabulous hot pink top was soooo glam. I definitely felt got retro Bollywood actress vibes from this one and yet, I felt like it was still pretty modern. What do you think of this?
